Internal Grievance Resolution Process
Step 1: Clients can seek clarification for their queries or make a complaint in writing, orally, or telephonically. Complaints can also be sent via post to our registered address.
Step 2 (Escalation): If your complaint remains unresolved, you can escalate it by emailing support@intradaylearner.com for appropriate resolution. A reply or resolution will be provided within 21 days of reaching out.
Escalation with Competent Authority
If you are still dissatisfied with the resolution, you can lodge a grievance with SEBI at http://scores.gov.in or write to the SEBI office. For further escalation, you can use the ODR portal as per SEBI’s guidelines.
