Any donation or fee paid is non-refundable. By making a fee payment, the user, visitor or subscriber confirms that they have read and agreed to all our terms of use (including disclaimers, privacy policy, etc.) and the various disclosures provided.
Any use of our content—including trading ideas, learning courses, images, or quotes from our website—in any public or private forum (such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.) will result in legal consequences and immediate termination of all services, with no refund, and the offender will be blacklisted for future services.
Any user, visitor, or subscriber found to be willfully sharing any false information about our services or the company in any forum will face termination of services with no refund, including blacklisting from future services. We will, however, endeavor to resolve differences wherever possible.
We have ZERO tolerance for any abusive behavior towards our customer care or employees. Any such incident will result in immediate termination of all services without any refund, and may include a complaint to the relevant authorities.
Any user found sharing their login credentials (or password) for their subscription with any other person(s) will have all services terminated immediately. We may track IP addresses to detect fraudulent logins and for advertising purposes. No refund will be granted, and the user will be blacklisted for future services.

MITC (Most Important Terms and Condition)
1. These terms and conditions, along with your consent, apply to the research services provided by the Research Analyst (RA). The RA cannot execute any trade (purchase or sell transaction) on behalf of the client. Clients are advised not to permit the RA to execute trades on their behalf.
2. The fee charged by the RA to the client will be subject to the maximum amount prescribed by SEBI/Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body (RAASB) from time to time (applicable only for Individual and HUF Clients). The current fee limit is Rs 1,51,000 per annum per family for all research services of the RA; this fee does not include statutory charges and does not apply to non-individual clients or accredited investors.
3. The RA may charge fees in advance if agreed by the client. Such an advance shall not exceed the period stipulated by SEBI (currently one quarter). In case of premature termination of the RA services by either party, the client shall be entitled to a refund of proportionate fees for the unexpired period.
4. Fees to the RA may be paid by the client via cheque, online bank transfer, UPI, etc. Cash payment is not allowed. Optionally, the client can make payments through the Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) managed by BSE Limited (currently recognized by RAASB).
5. The RA is required to abide by all applicable regulations, circulars, and directions specified by SEBI and RAASB regarding the disclosure and mitigation of any actual or potential conflict of interest. The RA will promptly inform the client of any such conflict.
6. Any assured, guaranteed, or fixed return schemes, or similar schemes, are prohibited by law. No such scheme shall be offered to the client by the RA.
7. The RA cannot guarantee returns, profits, accuracy, or risk-free investments from the use of their research services. All opinions, projections, and estimates are based on available data under certain assumptions as of the date of the report.
8. Any investment made based on recommendations in research reports is subject to market risks, and such recommendations do not provide any assurance of returns. There is no recourse for losses incurred on investments based on these recommendations; any reliance on the report is solely at the client’s discretion.
9. SEBI registration, RAASB enlistment, and NISM certification do not guarantee the performance of the RA or assure any returns to the client.
10. For grievances, the client should first contact the RA using the details on the website or provided contact information (refer to the "Complaints Page"). If the resolution is unsatisfactory, the client may lodge grievances through SEBI’s SCORES platform at www.scores.sebi.gov.in or consider Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) via the Smart ODR portal at https://smartodr.in.
11. Clients must keep their contact details—including email and mobile number(s)—updated with the RA at all times.
12. The RA shall never ask for the client’s login credentials or OTPs for their Trading, Demat, or Bank Accounts. Do not share such information with anyone, including the RA.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We may cancel your order, after a minor deduction for taxes and other charges, if a request is made within 24 hours of placing the order for advisory services only (equity, options, and value stock pick ideas). However, none of our educational courses come with a free trial period; once purchased, the fees are completely non-refundable.
The refund request must be made by sending an email to help@stoxsense.in with your registered email ID and phone number.
A refund request is valid only if made through an email to help@stoxsense.in.
No refund (at our discretion) will be entertained after 48 hours of purchasing any of our services.
Refunds shall be processed to the bank account within 10 working days after the request is raised.
If a user has already viewed all the purchased courses within 24 hours of purchase, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Each user can register only once using either the email ID or mobile number (or both) and will receive a free trial period only once. In the event of a duplicate purchase using the same email ID or mobile number, no refund will be issued.
